Preschool Graduation

Nothing is more adorable and precious than watching your child graduate from preschool.  Watching 'The Boy' walk through this rite of passage just warmed this mommy's heart so much.  We were so pleased with his preschool and it is bittersweet that he is moving on.  I just acn't believe that he will be going to kindergarten come fall.

We squeezed in a hair cut just before his graduation performance.  He looked so handsome!

He was so nervous.  And tired.  It was amusing to watch him during the songs he was supposed to be singing.  He made faces, yawned and at one point, squatted down like he was going to take a nap on stage.

Trying to stay awake.

His class.

When each kid was called up to receive their diploma, Miss Veronica asked them what they want to be when they grow up.  Boys wanted to be firemen, policemen, and superheros.  Girls wanted to be mermaids, ballerinas, and teachers.  'The Boy' wants to be a piano helper. I'm not exactly sure, but I think that is the person who turns the music pages for the piano player at chapel.

'Munchkin' enjoyed the show.
So did 'Mister'.
'The Boy' and Miss Veronica.  Beats me why they decided to do teacher pictures in front of a bunch of trash bags.

His memory book.  He brought this home on the last day of school.  When I picked him up, I cried.  It was just so emotional saying goodbye to his first teachers and walking out of his first school for the last time.

We got him a razor scooter for his graduation present.  He was so excited.  Now he's ready for summer.
